Privacy Policy

This policy explains how MVP Global Network ("MVP", "we", "us") collects and uses personal information through mvpglobalnetwork.com and the member portal.
1. What we collect
- Applications: company details, representative name, title, company email, telephone and WhatsApp number, accreditations, trade references and optional bank reference.
- Members: directory profile and operations contacts, sign-in details (passwords are stored only as secure hashes), rate requests and replies, monthly credit declarations, reported invoices and supporting PDFs, claims and payment records.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
- Technical data: a sign-in cookie for the member portal, a small browser setting that remembers the site access password, and basic, aggregated usage statistics.
2. How we use it
- To assess applications, including contacting your trade and financial references.
- To run the network: the member directory, rate requests, the Amber Alert process, the AR Ledger and the AR Protection Fund.
- To send service emails such as application updates, invoices, warnings and monthly reminders.
- To keep the network secure and prevent fraud.
3. Who can see it
- Other active members see your directory profile and business contact details.
- Credit reports are confidential. Only MVP administration sees a report until it is verified; after that, the reported member can see it in their AR Ledger.
- Service providers that host and operate the site for us (for example Cloudflare for hosting and database, our email-sending provider, Microsoft 365 for email and our payment processor), under their own security and privacy commitments.
- We do not sell personal information.
4. How long we keep it
We keep member records for the duration of membership and up to six years afterwards for accounting and dispute purposes. Declined applications are kept for up to two years. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, or to object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
6. Security
The site uses HTTPS throughout, admin access is protected by single sign-on, and member passwords are hashed. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.
